Questions we get from creators thinking about opening a stall, or already trading in the village.
Do you review applications before my stall goes live?
Yes. After you sign up, you tell us what you make and a bit about your work — our team reviews your application and will advise on next steps.
What does it cost to sell here?
There is no joining fee. You pay a success fee only for items sold.
When do I get paid?
You get paid within 7 business days from when a customer receives their order.
Who handles delivery?
You do. Creators pack and dispatch their own orders, which is what lets you control your own lead times and protect your work in transit.
How do lead times work?
You set each product as ready-to-ship or made-to-order and give your own turnaround. Shoppers see it before they buy, so you're never committed to a deadline you didn't set.
Can I list made-to-order and personalised work?
Yes. Customers have a field where they can personalise the work — for example a colour change or a special name they want added. You add this field to applicable products.
What happens if a customer wants to return something?
A customer has a right to return an item if it is not what was advertised, for example. They then get a refund once the item is returned to you.
How many products can I list?
You can list different numbers of products based on your package.
Can I sell here and elsewhere?
Yes, you can sell in more than one place and get maximum exposure for your products.
