How the village works
The Holiday Village is made up of independent creator stalls. Shop from more than one stall in a single checkout; each creator prepares their own parcel, so deliveries may arrive separately.

Four simple steps

Discover a creator
Wander the stalls by category, or search for something specific. Every product tells you which creator made it, so you can follow a creator you like straight into their stall.

Order from their stall
Add pieces to your basket and check out as normal. Behind the scenes, your order is routed to the creator who made each item — you can order from more than one stall in a single checkout.

Creator packs or prepares it
Ready-to-ship items are packed and sent quickly. Made-to-order pieces are created for you, which takes longer — the lead time is shown on the product before you buy.

We keep you updated
You'll get updates as your order moves from workshop to door, and you can check its status any time from your orders page.
Timing
Ready to ship vs made to order
Ready to ship means the creator has the piece finished and on the shelf. It goes out quickly once your order is confirmed.
Made to order means the creator starts it once you order. Lead times are set per product by each creator and shown on the product page before you buy.
Multiple stalls
Ordering from more than one stall
You can buy from several stalls in one checkout. Because each creator dispatches separately, your items may arrive at different times — and you may receive more than one parcel.
